Consignment Sales & Tax Responsibility
Meowbunnybear acts as a pass-through transaction agent for the Vendor’s goods. The Vendor acknowledges that the shop is not the ultimate end purchaser but rather facilitates the sale on behalf of the Vendor.
The Vendor has full discretion in setting the prices of their products, including any applicable taxes according to their jurisdiction in order to retain 100% of the product’s intended sales revenue, excluding any applicable fees outlined in this agreement. It is the sole responsibility of the Consignor to ensure compliance with their own tax obligations related to their payouts, including reporting and remitting any necessary taxes in their jurisdiction. The Consignee assumes no liability for the Consignor’s tax compliance.

Shipping Fees & Vendor Responsibility
The Vendor is solely responsible for all costs associated with shipping their goods to the Shop, including but not limited to postage, customs duties, and any other related fees. Any outstanding shipping costs incurred by the Consignee upon receipt of the shipment will be billed to the Consignor and must be paid in full before the goods are made available for sale. Failure to cover these costs may result in a delay or refusal of the shipment.

Vendor Payment & Transaction Fees
All payments to the Vendor will be made in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Any transaction fees, currency conversion fees, or other banking charges associated with sending payment to the Vendor will be the sole responsibility of the Vendor. These fees will be deducted from the payout amount before disbursement. The Consignee (Shop) is not responsible for any additional charges imposed by the Consignor’s financial institution or payment processor.

In order to receive 100% of your intended product sales:
Include your jurisdiction's tax amount baked into your prices. We will NOT be collecting taxes on your products when sold and so any sales amount from your products will be sent to you as charged to the customer excluding our service fee charged to the customer.

​Payment Methods
All payments to and from the Consignor (Vendor) will be processed exclusively through Wise, PayPal or Direct Bank Transfer. The Consignee (Shop) does not support any other payment methods for the international program. It is the responsibility of the Consignor to ensure they have an active accounts to receive payments and that bank information provided is correct. We will not be responsible for incorrect information provided. Any transaction fees associated with these payment platforms will be deducted from the payout amount as outlined in this agreement.

Intended Item Profit: postcard $10
Your Jurisdiction Tax Rate (Sample): 5% ($0.50)
Your Item Price: $10 + 5% = $10.50
Your Payout: $10.50
Your amount to remit as tax: $0.50
